Els gossos

A family celebration uncovers a labyrinth of buried secrets, secrets of the heart and memories separated by time. What are we? What have we done? What are we afraid of? To answer these questions, a father uses events from the past, many of which did not even happen. A mother reproaches herself for everything she did not dare to do. A young couple who see themselves as victims as if the life they lead together were the only option. Els gossos is a tragicomedy that explores universal issues concerning the family and its dysfunctions, the human group that most interests the Argentinean Nelson Valente, as shown with his successful El loco y la camisa, presented at the Teatre Romea.
