General considerations

The purpose of these contracting conditions is to define the terms, explain the details of the purchase operations and set out the rights and obligations inherent to the Temporada Alta products (www.temporada-alta.koobin.com), the ownership and responsibility for which lies with BITÒ PRODUCCIONS SL. (Tax ID no. B17310947, with address at Pati del Teatre 2, 17190 Salt, Girona, registered in the Girona Business Registry, Volume 134 Folio 56 Sheet no. GE-2411, phone 972402004 and email info@temporada-alta.com), as well as the subscriptions of the La Ciutat Invisible Foundation (www.ciutatinvisible.koobin.com) (Tax ID no. G55175632, with address at Pati del Teatre 2, 17190 Salt, Girona, registered in the Register of Foundations of the Generalitat of Catalonia with the number 2789, phone 972402004 and email info@ciutatinvisible.org), linked to the festival.

The acquisition of any product implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. The festival is not responsible if the consumer, if different from the buyer, is not informed of the following terms and conditions. Temporada Alta Festival reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.

It is necessary to be registered on the website to make any purchase, since the products and transactions will be associated with your account. You can consult the treatment of your data and learn about your rights in the privacy policy.

Once you are logged into the website, you must select the products you wish to purchase and then go to the shopping basket. There, you will have to choose the payment method among the available options (credit card, bizum, or gift card, if tickets are purchased); annual subscriptions can only be paid by direct debit. You will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you will need to enter the requested data to make the payment. Your financial institution may ask you to confirm the purchase through the channels indicated to you. If the purchase process has been completed correctly, you will receive an email confirming this operation.

The payment process is confidential and only the financial institution will have access to the payment information. Only in the case of annual subscriptions, in which the payment is made by direct debit, Bitò will have access to the payment information, to make the annual charge. All types of cards from any bank (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) are valid.

Tickets

Tickets entitle to a single access to the event, date and venue indicated, selected during the purchase process by the buyer. Ticket prices vary according to the show, venue and location selected. Temporada Alta has discounts and occasionally offers promocodes. Tickets are not nominal, so the buyer may not be their consumer.

Tickets are sold online through the Temporada Alta website, available until the start of the show, or on-site at the ticket offices of the venues, following the schedules of the official sales channels. Bitò reserves the right to carry out special on-site ticket sales actions. In cases of co-organization of the event, it is possible that a sale point may also be enabled through the co-organizer’s website. These cases will be duly indicated.

The acquisition of a ticket means the acceptance of the following conditions:

• The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket and, therefore, the access to the venue, if it has not been purchased on the Festival website or at the official points of sale.
• The organization may withdraw any torn or false ticket.
• The organization reserves the right to modify the program of any show and the location of specific seats for technical reasons.
• No refunds or ticket exchanges are allowed, except in case of cancellation of the show.
• It is necessary to keep the ticket until leaving the venue.
• The visibility of the seats (indicated at the time of ticket purchase) is approximate and may vary according to the show.
• For tickets purchased with a discount, the corresponding accreditation will be required to access the venue.
• Entry is prohibited to children under 3 years, except for family shows or shows for all audiences.
• Entrance to the venue will not be allowed with food, drink or any object considered dangerous by the organization.
• The organization reserves the right to deny access to or expel from the venue any person who is considered to be behaving inappropriately (disrespectful attitude, certain state of drunkenness, etc.), to guarantee the correct development of the event.
• Once the show has begun, it will not be possible to enter the venue until the intermission, if there is one.
• The use of mobile devices, photography and recording during the performance is prohibited. All image and intellectual property rights derived from the show are reserved.
• The resale of tickets is prohibited in cases where financial gain is sought. Therefore, such illegal resale or attempted illegal resale may be grounds for seizure or cancellation of the ticket(s) without the right to reimbursement or compensation of any kind.
• We inform you that during the public show the organisation may take photographs and record images of the event to publish them on websites and social networks for the sole purpose of promoting its events and shows, all in compliance with data protection regulations and Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one’s own image and, in particular, article 8.2 c) when it states that the right to one’s own image shall not prevent the publication of accessory graphic information about a person at a public event. The images will always be general shots of the venue and event, and it is possible that spectators may appear in a completely incidental manner. These images shall not be transferred to third parties and shall not be exploited economically or commercially other than for the aforementioned promotion of the events.

Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in expulsion from the venue.

Packages, discounts and promocodes

The packages are designed for those who want to buy tickets for more than one show, as they apply a progressive discount depending on the number of different shows for which tickets are purchased. For the discount to apply, it is necessary to purchase the same number of tickets for all the shows in the package. During the preferential sales days only a maximum of two tickets per show may only be purchased.

Temporada Alta has discounts, which apply a deduction to the ticket price. Consult the list of available discounts. To apply any discount, it is necessary to select it and validate it with the indicated method (code/identifier, account credentials, ID card, membership number, etc.) during the purchase process. In some cases, it will not be necessary to accredit it. Tickets with functional diversity discounts must be purchased directly by emailing diversitatfuncional@bito.pro.

Using a discount means the acceptance of the following conditions:

• All discounts must be accredited with the corresponding documentation. There will be access controls to the venues.
• Discounts are not cumulative.
• The family programme, the film programme, the XIV Torneig de Dramatúrgia Catalana, and the shows Carmina Burana, My name is…REICH, La passió de Joana d’Arc and Fe, fidelitat i saviesa cannot be selected to configure multishow packages.
• In the shows of the family programme only applies a discount for members of El Club de La Ciutat Invisible, large and single-parent families, as well as the Artèria discount.
• The Girona – Culture card discounts are only applicable to Girona city venues.

The conditions of the discounts linked to El Club and Artèria subscriptions are specified in the section of this text designated for these subscriptions.

As part of “Maleïts Dilluns”, on this day of the week (Mondays) promocodes that can be used to apply a discount to the purchase of tickets for selected shows will be offered. These codes must be redeemed during the purchase process. Every Monday the code offer is renewed.

Extras

Gift card

We offer the possibility of acquiring a voucher of the desired amount to be given as a gift card so that the person who receives it can spend the amount on tickets for Temporada Alta.

The buyer, when purchasing a voucher, can select from the proposed options or freely decide the amount with which he/she wants to endow the voucher. Once the payment has been made, the gift card can be downloaded from the website, where the recipient will find a code to apply to his/her purchase.

To use the amount of the gift card, it is necessary to select it as the payment method during the ticket purchase process and enter the voucher code to redeem it. The expense must not be exactly equivalent to the amount of the gift card. If more money is spent, the voucher will be used to deduct the amount from the total cost of the tickets; if the amount spent is less, the remaining amount can be used for another purchase. The available balance can be checked at any time by entering the voucher code in the “Do you have a gift card?” section of the sales website.

The acquisition of a gift card means the acceptance of the following conditions:

• The gift card can only be used for the purchase of tickets.
• The gift card will only be valid the indicated edition of Temporada Alta. It can be used once the programme, partially or totally, goes on sale and can be used until 23.59h on 15/12 of the year of the edition in question.
• The Festival will not refund the amount of the gift card, total or partial, if it is not used.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer and the consumer that the latter is aware of these conditions.

Subscriptions

El Club

El Club of La Ciutat Invisible Foundation is an annual subscription designed for those spectators with a great sensitivity for culture, with a willingness to get involved and support the Temporada Alta Festival and the Teatre de Salt, and with a desire to have a broader relationship with the world of the stage and the world of culture, as it provides a series of advantages of access, priority and exclusivity.

The Club subscription has an annual cost of 100€, 80% of which is refundable on the tax return, and its validity extends from June to June of the following year regardless of the month in which it was contracted, so the validity of subscriptions purchased after June will not be extended.

To contract the subscription, it is necessary to make the purchase being identified with the account of who will be the holder, since it is nominal and is associated with a single personal email address. The payment process is made by direct debit (both for new subscriptions and renewals), so during the subscription process the bank account information (IBAN) must be filled in.

Subscription renewal will be automatic, unless otherwise specified. The holder will receive a reminder in the month of May prior to the expiration of the subscription and may communicate his refusal to the renewal until the beginning of June.

El Club members have all these advantages:

• Preferential purchase of tickets for Temporada Alta (Preferential Sales Day).
• 20% discount on Temporada Alta and Teatre de Salt programmes.
• Sporadic discounts and exclusive promotions.
• Invitations to open rehearsals or previews.
• Meetings with artists and companies (post-functions, conversations, presentations, spectator workshops, etc.).

To benefit from the advantages that imply the purchase of a ticket, the holder must make the purchase identified with his/her account.

The acquisition of a subscription means the acceptance of the following conditions:

• Membership of El Club is nominal and non-transferable.
• The benefits of the subscription are only for the holder.
• The validity period is from June to June of the following year. Subscriptions purchased after June will not be extended.
• The month prior to expiry, which, as indicated above, will always be the month of June regardless of the date of contracting, the holder will receive a reminder of the automatic renewal and may in any case communicate his refusal to renew until the beginning of June.
• No changes or refunds will be accepted once the subscription has been paid.

Artèria

The Artèria subscription of La Ciutat Invisible Foundation is a free card for under 30 years old designed to approach and facilitate the access of young people to the performing arts. Once the registration process is completed, it allows to enjoy the following advantages:

• Artèria Discount:  20% discount on Temporada Alta and Teatre de Salt programmes.
• Artèria Rate: tickets at 10€ the same day of the show (subject to availability) for Temporada Alta and Teatre de Salt.
• Artèria Package: 5 tickets for 50€ from a selection of 10 shows from Temporada Alta designed for young people who want to go a step further and dare with riskier proposals.
• Access to general rehearsals and previews of shows and complementary activities designed for the group.

To benefit from the advantages that imply the purchase of a ticket, the holder must make the purchase identified with his/her account.

Using these benefits means the acceptance of the following conditions:

• Artèria discounts are not cumulative and must be accredited with the Artèria card at the time of accessing the venue.
• The Artèria Discount is only applicable to the card holder and only one ticket per show.
• Artèria advantages (Artèria Discount and Artèria Rate) do not apply to the music programme, family programme, film programme, Dramaturgy Tournament and exceptions of the Temporada Alta Festival.
• The Artèria Package only applies to one ticket for each of the shows.
