Three monologues about loneliness by one of the Catalan creators most closely linked to European theatre modernity
Jordi Prat i Coll is one of the Catalan playwrights and directors most closely linked to contemporary dramatic sensibilities, a Mediterranean who very much looks to the north. An example is his new project: three monologues that explore loneliness. The connections between his revelations and the three characters are as free as the dramatic writing of M’hauríeu de pagar. Words to flee. A starting point to talk about art, childhood, memories, sex, travel, family education, individualism, faith, everything we do not understand, truths, fragility and what it is to be human: flesh.
