Dance, music, text and video in the third part of Mal Pelo’s Bach Project
It’s been sixteen years since the company set out to explore Bach’s aesthetic universe and the end of this journey is near. Inventions is the penultimate instalment of the Bach Project tetralogy: a show that combines the classicism of the baroque composer’s works with the modernity of space and movement. These are the three main elements of this scenic research that aims to explore how sound develops in each of the spaces where the piece is presented. How will Bach’s Cantatas permeate the Temporada Alta stage? How will the fourteen performers in this experiment adapt to the music and environment of this new space
