An impressive staging by Alain Platel about the troubled start of the 20th century with the work by Mahleri and African polyphony as its foundation

Alain Platel and the dancers of les ballets C de la B travel back to the turbulent first decades of the twentieth century, and the cultural revolution that was a response to the great crisis that would end in the First World War.
