How to buy tickets
Buy tickets to come to Temporada Alta through the website, in person, in advance or directly on the day of the performance at the box office of each space.
Due to ecological responsibility, the festival will not print tickets on paper. Remember to create your user in Personal area to download them in pdf format or incorporate them into the wallet of your mobile.

PREFERENTIAL · 3rd and 4th September
For sponsors and members of El Club. On the website from 10am. By phone, on the 3rd from 10am to 6pm and on the 4th from 10am to 3pm.
GENERAL · from 5 September
On the 5th on the website from 9am and on-site at the Teatre Municipal de Girona and at the Teatre de Salt from 9am to 12pm.
On the website, and in advance at the box office of the Teatre Municipal de Girona and the Auditori de Girona. On performance days, at the venue from 1 hour before the start of the show.
*Teatre Municipal de Girona schedule:

Conditions of discounts
- All discounts must be accredited with the corresponding documentation. There will be access controls to the venues.
- Discounts are not cumulative.
- The family programme, the film programme, the XIV Torneig de Dramatúrgia Catalana, and the shows Carmina Burana, My name is…REICH, La passió de Joana d’Arc and Fe, fidelitat i saviesa cannot be selected to configure multishow packages.
- In the shows of the family programme only applies a discount for members of El Club de La Ciutat Invisible (20%), large and single-parent families (15%), as well as the Artèria discount.
- Artèria discounts are not cumulative and must be accredited with the Artèria card at the time of accessing the venue. All other discounts must be accredited with the corresponding cards.
- The Artèria Discount is only applicable to the card holder and only one ticket per show.
- Artèria advantagesdo not apply to the music programme or the exceptions of the Temporada Alta Festival.
- The Artèria Package only applies to one ticket for each of the shows.
- Online sales are available until the start of the show.
- The Girona – Culture card discounts are only applicable to Girona city venues.
Terms and conditions of ticket sales
- The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket and, therefore, the access to the venue, if it has not been purchased on the Festival website or at the official points of sale.
- The organization may withdraw any torn or false ticket.
- The organization reserves the right to modify the program of any show and the location of specific seats for technical reasons.
- No refunds or ticket exchanges are allowed, except in case of cancellation of the show.
- It is necessary to keep the ticket until leaving the venue.
- The visibility of the seats (indicated at the time of ticket purchase) is approximate and may vary according to the show.
- For tickets purchased with a discount, the corresponding accreditation will be required to access the venue.
- Entry is prohibited to children under 3 years, except for family shows or shows for all audiences.
- Entrance to the venue will not be allowed with food, drink or any object considered dangerous by the organization.
- The organization reserves the right to deny access to or expel from the venue any person who is considered to be behaving inappropriately (disrespectful attitude, certain state of drunkenness, etc.), to guarantee the correct development of the event.
- Once the show has begun, it will not be possible to enter the venue until the intermission, if there is one.
- The use of mobile devices, photography and recording during the performance is prohibited. All image and intellectual property rights derived from the show are reserved.
- The resale of tickets is prohibited in cases where financial gain is sought. Therefore, such illegal resale or attempted illegal resale may be grounds for seizure or cancellation of the ticket(s) without the right to reimbursement or compensation of any kind.
- We inform you that during the public show the organisation may take photographs and record images of the event to publish them on websites and social networks for the sole purpose of promoting its events and shows, all in compliance with data protection regulations and Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one’s own image and, in particular, article 8.2 c) when it states that the right to one’s own image shall not prevent the publication of accessory graphic information about a person at a public event. The images will always be general shots of the venue and event, and it is possible that spectators may appear in a completely incidental manner. These images shall not be transferred to third parties and shall not be exploited economically or commercially other than for the aforementioned promotion of the events.
