Poetry recital by Francesc Cuéllar with music by Judit Cortina
Based on his poetry collection Nine Hostile Places to Scream, Francesc Cuéllar (Lacrimosa, TA22) presents a stage recital with music by Judit Cortina, which acts as a tenth poem: a final scream to leave guilt behind. The text explores the childhood and youth of a body marked by Christian dogmas and the intimate process of breaking free from them. A lyrical and sensorial encounter between religious education and the discovery of desire. A cathartic proposal as a gesture of rupture and rebirth.
