Director Guillermo Cacace makes his Temporada Alta debut with a free version of Txékhov’s La gavina, performed by an all-female cast. Life as an abandoned stage on the shore of a lake, where Masha tries to piece together, around a table, stories of unrequited love, broken dreams and pain accumulated over the years. Juan Ignacio Fernández’s dramaturgy brings together isolated situations and tightens the bonds between the characters, emotions that flow without distance between the actresses and the audience, in the finest theatrical tradition of Buenos Aires.
