With this production -this year’s Premi BBVA de Teatre for best production and best direction- Projecte Ingènu brought its trilogy dedicated to Shakespeare’s work to a close, following Hamlet and Romeu i Julieta. A wordless production that offers a perfect insight into the stage language of this company, with its powerful aesthetic signature. In its productions, there are no secondary stage elements. Everything works together to create a total work with a strong poetic imprint, at times abstract, always physical. Here, the company invites the audience to take part in the deliriums of an ancient mind. Perhaps the magician Pròsper from Shakespeare’s La tempesta. An “animal of memories”, in Estellés words.
