A comedy of misunderstandings and secrets, based on the hit Italian success, that puts friendship and appearances to the test
At a dinner between four couples who have known each other all their lives, a game is proposed that will lay their worst secrets on the table: reading aloud the messages and calls on their mobile phones; their entire lives shared by everyone in that moment. Many hidden aspects are sure to come to light.
David Selvas directs this adaptation of Paolo Genovese’s film Perfetti sconosciuti (2016) and presents a piece halfway between comedy and vaudeville. Amid tensions, misunderstandings and unexpected revelations, the characters play on the edge between humour and conflict, ultimately exposing the fragility of relationships and the double face of intimacy.
