In this monologue full of irony and tenderness, Roger Coma gives voice to a man trapped in the obligation of having to deliver a speech at a funeral. He doesn’t want to do it, but he will. And as he prepares, he questions with clarity and sarcasm the conventions surrounding death, mourning, and collective rituals. No ho hauria de fer is an existential comedy that laughs at human patheticness and the need to say something meaningful when there is nothing left to be done.
