La Veronal turns the theatre into a living space with the first chapter of ‘The Trilogy of Life’
Living & Leaving is La Veronal’s new show and the first chapter of The Trilogy of Life, a cycle of creations in which Marcos Morau and the company explore life as a territory in constant transformation. Conceived for theatres, museums, galleries or outdoor spaces, the project shifts the spectator’s usual point of view and breaks with theatrical frontality to turn the space into a living, shared architecture.
Based on the duo formed by Marina Rodríguez and Fabio Calvisi, the piece explores the tension between living and leaving, appearing and disappearing, holding on and letting go. In suspended time, Living & Leaving proposes a space of refuge, contemplation and encounter with the other.
