Lídia Pujol presents a tribute concert to the Nova Cançó, the movement that made the Catalan language and political and social commitment the centre of its artistic expression. Drawing on the legacy of Ovidi Montllor, Lluís Llach, Pau Riba, Víctor Jara, Marina Rossell, Maria del Mar Bonet, Toti Soler and Raimon, the concert offers a journey through a tradition in which the sung word acted as a tool of resistance and freedom. An act of gratitude and continuity, in an intimate format that brings musicians and audiences close together.
