An intimate and moving family evocation about memory, grief, and intergenerational transmission, an intimate exercise between performance and documentary cinema
A documentary film about Lorena, Federico, and Sergio, three siblings united by a shared memory: the family print workshop. When their father passes away, the siblings seek a way to symbolically return to that place of origin through a documentary theater piece. With the arrival of the pandemic and the interruption of performances, the need arises to transform the stage project into a film. The result is a hybrid between performance and cinema that reflects on memory and the healing power of artistic practice.
