A leading figure in contemporary flamenco, recognized for her artistry, deep knowledge, and innovative spirit, Estrella Morente blends tradition and modernity with a unique artistic personality. The daughter of the “cantaor” Enrique Morente and the “bailaor” Aurora Carbonell, she has performed on the world’s major stages and collaborated with artists such as Paco de Lucía, Michael Nyman, and Pat Metheny. She now brings an intense and nuanced live performance accompanied by the guitarist Rafael Riqueni to Temporada Alta.
