As Temporada Alta, this 2022 edition, after the blow caused by the pandemic, it has been very important to resume international activity with a significant program of shows from 11 countries and participants in international co-productions and European projects. 17 proposals from 11 countries have been in the programme, including Oskaras Korsunovas (Otelas), Pippo Delbono (Amore), Romeo Castellucci (Il Terzo Reich), Christiane Jatahy (Depois do silencio), Piel de Lava (Petróleo), Mariano Pensotti (Los años), Marina Otero (Fuck me), Johann Le Guillerm (Terces) or Cirque Rasposo (La Dévorée).
We have continued in the space for exhibition and discovery of proposals for contemporary creation too, with national and international projects, which are offered every year by Professional Week. This year it has welcomed more than 75 programmers and big names from the international scene have been programmed (Romeo Castellucci, Cirque ICI) with well-established names from the country (Marcos Morau, El Conde de Torrefiel, cabosanroque, Azkona&Toloza…) and other names that we believe that can mark the future of the country’s scene and that can enter into dialogue with international structures to define future projects (Guillem Albà, Led Silhouette…).
