Two journalists publish articles about sexual abuse that lead a group of directors and politicians to a massive cancellation. But one piece of news will put their careers in doubt: Ricard Roig, one of the perpetrators, has attempted suicide. With the entrance of the accused’s daughter, reality imposes itself and cracks begin to appear. Tallar-se un peu amb una motoserra, written and directed by Bàrbara Mestanza (Sucia, TA20), is an uncomfortable and necessary piece about guilt, the limits of reparation, and the gray areas of responsibility. Three women struggle between the truth and the shadow of their ideals.
