Ann Perelló exposes herself unfiltered to recount her intimate struggle with eating disorders
Ann Perelló exposes herself unfiltered to recount her intimate struggle with eating disorders
A monologue about eating disorders in which Ann Perelló confronts an invisible yet familiar monster: her relationship with her body, with food, and with herself. The work depicts silenced pain, social contradictions around beauty and female identity, and the long path toward recovery. An intimate and raw piece that exposes, without filters, what is often hidden, balancing personal testimony with a healing theatrical catharsis
