In Age of Content we question our physical and emotional relationship to the abundance of content and simultaneous realities that characterise today’s world. In this exploration of different realities, bodies move in search of new horizons.
The choreography takes us on a walk through a fresco of paradigms, pierced and perforated by bodies that, confronting each other, initiate a violent attack of struggle and threat, of desire and love.
Our virtual worlds are no longer a simple representation of Reality, they have an autonomous existence of their own that directly influences the way we move and communicate. Because of their multiplicity they weave a myriad of realities and narratives. In this way, they are forming a multiverse where the principles of time-time and space are completely deconstructed, and in which we exist in multiple forms.
In this era, where content becomes increasingly important, the boundaries between the real and the simulated are blurring. This leads to a unique phenomenon in the history of representation: a reversal of codes. For are avatars just a reflection of our bodies, or are we driven by our multiple virtual identities?
