Another activity in support of Catalan drama, initiated in 2015, is the Pitching of Catalan drama, in which six texts by Catalan authors will be presented to theatrical professionals, who have production capacity, with a view to their possible future production and distribution. The authors have a limited time in which to present their work and to give a reading of a short fragment to convey the tone. They will provide the attending professionals with additional information and the complete work (if the work is finished).
