O agora que demora (The lingering now)
Christiane Jatahy
Salt, November 22th and 23th
One of the most internationally renowned Brazilian directors returns to the Festival. A show merging theatre and cinema which deals with present-day life based on Homer’s works
Using both film and theatre, Brazilian creator Christiane Jatahay explains present-day conflicts with Homer’s verse, proving that human fears and desires are same in the refugee camps of Lebanon as they were in classical Greece.
