In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and Council, of 27 April, 2016 (GDPR) and Spanish regulations on data protection, Bitò informs you that the personal data that you provide through forms included in this web page will be incorporated into a file owned by Bitò and processed by the same for commercial and administrative management purposes, the provision of the contracted service and billing thereof, response to your queries, as well as for the organization and sending of information related to the commercial relationship and the event contracted. Additionally, it is used to send you communications, information, messaging and advertising related to our products and services by any means (postal, email or telephone) and invite you to events organized by the company.
Bitò undertakes to process your data under the strictest reservation and confidentiality. The processing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and its legal basis is the contract between you and our company or your expressed consent.
The data provided will be stored whilst the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years required to comply with the legal obligations and the terms of prescription of the actions derived from this commercial relationship. In cases of subscribing to communication or publicity services, the data provided will be preserved provided the cessation of the service has not been requested.
The legal basis for the processing of data is the contractual execution or provision of services, the user’s consent and/or the legitimate interest of the person responsible for them.
In the event of purchasing tickets for shows and other cultural activities through Bitò Produccions S.L., the basic identifying data that the user may provide, such as name, surname, contact telephone number, email, and seats purchased, will become part of the database of La Ciutat Invisible Foundation (Tax ID no. G55175632, with address at Pati del Teatre 2, 17190 Salt, Girona), necessary for the management of the show or activity, and the loyalty of the spectator by sending similar information that you can always object to. In cases of co-organization or co-production of said activities, this data may be incorporated into the files of the co-organizer for the same purposes and as also responsible for the data. You will be able to see, during the purchasing process of said products, the identification of the co-organization. You can exercise your rights at any time by contacting the owners of these files.
Except as stated above and in cases in which there is a legal imperative from the data controller, or the possible transfer of the payment information to banking entities to charge you for the product you wish to purchase in accordance with current regulations; your data will not be transferred or marketed to third parties, nor will be transferred to third countries, without your prior, duly informed consent. There may be access to your data by data processors exclusively for the execution of services necessary to the data controller for the stated purposes, such as data hosting technology providers, or email service providers, mailing, etc., without these third parties being owners of them, and without being able to transfer them to others or make a different use without the prior consent of the user and authorization of our company.
You have the right at all times to obtain confirmation as to whether we have collected and are processing your personal data. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify the inaccurate data or request your removal when the data are no longer necessary, upon confirming your identity. You may also exercise your rights of opposition, limitation in treatment and portability envisaged in the GDPR. You have the right to file a complaint with the AEPD (Spanish Agency of Data Protection) in the event that you believe that your data protection rights are infringed (EU Regulation 2016/679, of 27 April, 2016).
