Lectura de clàssics: Montserrat Roig

A new reading of classics co-produced by Festival Clàssics and Temporada Alta, dedicated to the work of Montserrat Roig, a fundamental author in contemporary Catalan literature and thought. In this dramatised reading, Anna Alarcón gives voice to her texts and activates her lucid, committed and deeply human gaze. Roig’s universe encompasses memory, identity, feminism, the city, exile and the collective wounds of the twentieth century. With a close and sensitive approach, Alarcón will assert the relevance of writing that continues to challenge us, and that finds in the stage a living space for transmission and listening.
