Event Navigation

30th of november
This is a Professional Session within the framework of Temporada Alta, festival of reference of Performing Arts in Catalonia and Spain, where international programmers, who lead European theatres and festivals, will talk about quality and risk in Theatre for Children. These are different points to think of:
-
Are we as demanding with Theatre for Children as we are with the theatre for adults?
-
What does ‘Contemporary Theatre’ mean?! And what does ‘Comercial Theatre’ do?
-
Does Contemporary Creation related to Theatre for Children exist in our country?
-
With which of the previous options, either Contemporary or Commercial Theatre, do we feel more comfortable?
-
Obviously, not all the shows that take a risk to innovate, offer quality theatre… Furthermore, there are some commercial shows that are actually fascinating…
-
In this harsh economic climate, how can we overcome adversity?
-
What are the new trends for Theatre for Children?
-
How is this kind of theatre moving forward in your country? And across Europe?
-
How do you approach these trends?
