Management fees are used to cover the costs of maintaining the website, the sales system and the ticketing team that puts shows on sale, activates discounts, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By law, we are required to indicate the ticket price and management fees separately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Why do I need to provide my personal data during the purchase process?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All the personal data we request is necessary to manage your purchase and access to the theatre. Registration allows us to send tickets by email, create a personal area where purchases are stored and personalised recommendations can be made, prevent computer fraud, and offer services such as the option to reprint tickets. We may use your mobile phone number to communicate cancellations, delays or changes. Your postcode, gender and date of birth are used for statistical purposes only.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What should I do if the system says I am already registered but I don\u2019t remember my password?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Click on the link \u201cForgot your password?<\/a><\/strong>\u201d and follow the instructions. Check your spam folder, as ticketing system emails may end up there.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do children need to buy a ticket?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Children under 3 years old are not allowed to attend shows, except for family shows or shows suitable for all audiences. Remember to check the specific recommendations for each show. As for the ages at which children must purchase a ticket, these vary and are specific to each show, therefore you should check this information on the show details page at the website.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I buy a ticket for someone else?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Yes, there is no problem. If the person attending the theatre is entitled to a discount, you can apply it at the time of purchase. All they need to do is provide proof of eligibility when entering the venue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are packages and how do they work?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Packages are bundles of tickets for different shows, with a progressive discount applied depending on the number of shows included. Check the conditions here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Packages are purchased separately from standard ticket sales. The associated discount will not apply if tickets are purchased outside the package system.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Once you are in the shopping basket, select Bizum as your payment method and a window from the bank will open, where you must enter the telephone number associated with your Bizum account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I have a gift card. How do I use it to pay for tickets?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To use the credit on a gift card, once you are in the shopping basket, select Gift card as your payment method and enter your gift card code in the designated field. If you attempt to use it as a promotional code, it will not work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

No exchanges or refunds are accepted. Tickets are not nominal and may be used by another person. If the ticket has a discount that does not correspond to the person who ultimately uses it, the difference must be paid at the box office.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If the ticket I purchased had a discount and the person who will ultimately be attending cannot benefit from it, what can I do?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Do not worry. Go to the theatre\u2019s ticket office, which opens one hour before the show starts, and pay the difference.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If I am eligible for a discount but have already purchased a full-price ticket, will the difference be refunded?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once the purchase has been completed, no exchanges or returns are accepted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I have purchased a package but forgot to include a show. Can I add it later?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once the purchase is complete, packages cannot be modified or expanded. If you want to attend the show you forgot to include, you can purchase tickets separately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If I have not received an email with the ticket or I lost it, what should I do?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you cannot find the email with your tickets, simply log in to your \u201cPersonal Area<\/a><\/mark><\/strong>\u201d with your email address and password. There you will find your purchases and be able to print your tickets. If you still cannot find them, please write us at taquilla@bito.pro<\/a> before purchasing tickets again; this will prevent any potential duplicate purchases.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If I arrive late, will I be allowed to enter the venue?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Access to the venue is not permitted once the show has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event that entry is exceptionally permitted, the front-of-house staff may seat you in a different location than the one you purchased, in order to cause as little disturbance as possible to the audience who arrived on time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you have car parks at the festival theatres?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The festival does not have its own car parks. You can consult the venues’ information pages<\/a>, where we recommend parking areas for each of the festival’s venues and sub-venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the festival has an agreement with Saba Aparcaments whereby if you attend a performance at the centre of Girona, you are entitled to a 25% discount at their car parks (Parking Saba Santa Caterina and Parking Saba Berenguer i Carnicer). No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be turned off. It is not enough to simply silence them, as the sound and light from these devices can disturb both the cast and the audience. Furthermore, taking photos or recording videos of the performances is not permitted, except in specific cases where the theatre expressly authorises it. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the premises.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
