{"id":22903,"date":"2016-08-31T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-08-30T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.temporada-alta.com\/noticia\/temporada-alta-comes-to-its-25th-anniversary-offering-100-proposals-of-performing-arts\/"},"modified":"2016-08-31T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-08-30T22:00:00","slug":"temporada-alta-comes-to-its-25th-anniversary-offering-100-proposals-of-performing-arts","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/temporada-alta.com\/en\/noticia\/temporada-alta-comes-to-its-25th-anniversary-offering-100-proposals-of-performing-arts\/","title":{"rendered":"Temporada Alta comes to its 25th anniversary offering 100 proposals of performing arts"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"modal-ready\"><p><strong>30 international shows, 29 productions and co-productions, 33 world premieres and 61 proposals from Catalan authorship.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#xD;<br \/>\n&#xD;<\/p>\n<p>Temporada Alta arrives to its first quarter of a century with a multidisciplinary program, including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.temporada-alta.net\/en\/programme\/theatre-2.html\">theatre<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.temporada-alta.net\/en\/programme\/dance-and-circus-8.html\">dance&nbsp;and circus<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.temporada-alta.net\/en\/programme\/audiovisual-21.html\">cinema <\/a>and performances <a href=\"http:\/\/www.temporada-alta.net\/en\/programme\/family-19.html\">for&nbsp;families and all kind of publics<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#xD;<br \/>\n&#xD;<\/p>\n<p>Temporada Alta aims to find a balance between the&nbsp;<strong>production&nbsp;and co-production&nbsp;of new shows<\/strong> -29 in total-, promoting <strong>Catalan authorship<\/strong> -61 proposals- with an emphasis on <strong>contemporary creation <\/strong>-27 shows- and establishing itself as a showcase of the best international stagings -30 shows from 18 different countries.<\/p>\n<p>&#xD;<br \/>\n&#xD;<\/p>\n<p>On one side, some of the big international names we will be able to see during the Festival are&nbsp;Krystian&nbsp;Lupa, Peter Brook, Milo Rau, Alain Platel, Thomas Ostermeier, Oskaras Kor<strong>&#x161;<\/strong>unovas, Fabrice Murgia, Guy Cassiers, Mauricio Kartun i Lagartijas tiradas al sol.<\/p>\n<p>&#xD;<br \/>\n&#xD;<\/p>\n<p>On the other side, the Festival keeps on pulling for&nbsp;national talent, with pieces signed by known&nbsp;artists and playwrights as&nbsp;Llu&#xED;s Pasqual, &#xC0;lex Rigola, Pau Mir&#xF3;, Ll&#xE0;tzer Garcia, Oriol Broggi o Llu&#xEF;sa Cunill&#xE9;, and contemporary creation performances as the ones by&nbsp;Agrupaci&#xF3;n Se&#xF1;or Serrano, La Veronal, Loscorderos.sc o Pere Faura.<\/p>\n<p>&#xD;<br \/>\n&#xD;<\/p>\n<p>Some of the outstanding names of the musical line-up of this year are&nbsp;Rufus Wainwright, Cabosanroque, Jorge Drexler, Paul Fuster, Rosario Flores, Manel o Izal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>30 international shows, 29 productions and co-productions, 33 world premieres and 61 proposals from Catalan authorship.&nbsp;&nbsp; &#xD; &#xD;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":22817,"template":"","class_list":["post-22903","noticia","type-noticia","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.0 -
